HOW CAN I PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER?

 

To place an order online, please follow the below steps:

• Add a product to your basket by clicking on “Order” in the selected product page.
• Select the size and quantity you would like to order.
• Complete your order by clicking on “My Basket” and then “Proceed to checkout”.
• You can modify or validate your basket and select your delivery method before making your payment.
• You will be asked to complete your delivery and billing address by selecting one of the following three options:

- Log In: This enables access to your personal Rhea Halawe account.
- Create an Account: This option allows you to create your Rhea Halawe profile for future purchases.
- Continue as Guest: This option enables you to place an order without creating an account, but your order history will not be saved.

• Fill in the information of your billing address to complete your order.
• Within a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order along with your digital receipt.
• When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track the delivery of your package.
Purchases made online shall be reserved for personal customer use or gifting and not for resale.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ORDER HISTORY?

If you created an Rhea Halawe customer account, you can view your order history by logging in to your account and by clicking on 'My Orders'.

If you placed an order as a Guest, please contact our Customer Care team here to receive this information.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team. We are happy to assist you with any request you may have.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT DID NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you placed your order with your Rhea Halawe customer account, please log in then click on 'My Orders'. You will then be able to follow the status of your order.
If you placed your order as a Guest, please track the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in the Order Confirmation email.
If you do not receive your package within 10 working days, please contact us here.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

All Rhea Halawe online items have a size guide section in the product detail page.

HOW IS MY ORDER PREPARED?

Following validation, your order will be prepared within 24 to 48 hours.
To provide you with a seamless experience, we pay particular attention to the preparation of your order.
Each order is prepared at the assigned Rhea Halawe workshop, and is individually packed in its branded case. The case is then inserted into a box to protect the goods and keep the package anonymous during shipping. Warranties, certificates of authentication and an exchange policy will be included with your order.
